As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial clarity across the business.

What you’ll do:

As an Accountant at Prime Club, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the company. From managing day-to-day accounting tasks to supporting financial planning and reporting, you’ll ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a critical role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment and enjoys working closely with leadership to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
Process partner payouts and commission calculations accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with GST/VAT filings where applicable.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial advisors when required.
Maintain and improve financial systems, controls, and accounting processes.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Provide financial insights to leadership to assist in strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience handling SaaS, digital products, or marketplace revenue models is a plus.
Proficiency in accounting software
Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
